How to use

Add 2–3 drops to the water reservoir of an aroma diffuser or aroma lamp. Use the device for up to 1 hour, then ventilate the room.

Our suggestion for a homemade spearmint essential oil blend is:

“Morning motivation” blend

2 drops peppermint + 2 drops spearmint + 1 drop basil + 1 drop rosemary
