Delivery in Bulgaria:

1. By submitting your online order, you agree to pay the price of the selected products and the indicated cost of the courier service.
2. Delivery of the products can be carried out with one of the following courier companies:

2.1. BOX NOW – delivery to lockers. You can see a full list of all BOX NOW machines here. If you choose free delivery to a BOX NOW machine, you need to prepay your order with a debit or credit card.

2.2. Speedy – delivery to the customer’s address, office or lockers is possible. You can see a full list of all Speedy offices and machines here.

If you choose delivery with Speedy courier, you can pay with a debit / credit card or bank transfer.

Delivery time

Deliveries on the territory of Bulgaria are carried out with courier companies BoxNow and Speedy. We strive to send all shipments within 24 hours after submission on business days. The online store is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Shipments are sent on the first business day after the weekend.

– For orders placed by 2:00 p.m. on business days – maximum delivery time up to 2 business days.
– For orders placed after 2:00 p.m. on business days – maximum delivery time up to 3 business days.

Delivery prices

The prices for the courier company Speedy are as follows:

 – Free delivery for all orders over 30€ / 58.67 BGN to parcel lockers and offices.

 – Delivery for orders under 30€ / 58.67 BGN to parcel lockers and offices: fixed price 1.95€ / 3.81 BGN.

 – Delivery to an address: the amount is paid by the recipient during the delivery

The prices for the courier company BoxNow are as follows:

 – Free delivery for all orders over 30 € / 58.67 BGN to parcel lockers.

 – Delivery for orders under 30€ / 58.67 BGN to parcel lockers: fixed price 1.95 €/ 3.81 BGN.

Delivery abroad: 

1. By submitting your online order, you agree to pay the price of the selected products and the indicated cost of the courier service.
2. Delivery of the products can be carried out with DHL.

2.1. DHL – delivery to an address. Orders need to be prepaid with a debit/credit card or a bank transfer.

The delivery time depends on the destination country.

Delivery prices: 

The prices for the courier company DHL are as follows: 

– Free delivery for all orders above 100€. 

– Delivery for all orders below 100 €: fixed price 18,95 €.

Payment:

Orders are paid at your choice, using one of the methods specified in the online store.

We offer the following payment methods:

1. Payment by credit/debit card during the order process.

2. Payment by bank transfer.
Cancellation of order and return
You can return the products purchased from us within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase under the following conditions:
– The products must be in their original packaging
– There must be no signs of use, damage or staining
– Include the original payment document
– The costs of returning the products are at your expense

You can replace the products with others or refund their value if you do not want a replacement. We refund the value of the products, excluding the cost of delivery. All amounts paid in advance are refunded only by bank transfer to your personal account within 14 days from the date on which you notified us of your cancellation of the order. All amounts paid are refunded to the same account (card) from which the payment was made.

In disputes regarding obligations arising from online sales contracts, where no agreement has been reached, you may refer the dispute to the bodies for alternative dispute resolution (ADR) under the terms and conditions of Art. 181a et seq. of the Consumer Protection Act.
